Earlier in his career working in the financial sector, as an investment banker in one of South Africa’s largest Investment Banks, Ndzutha Mngqibisa noticed the relationship between confidence and dressing. Investment Banking deal success, authority & attitudes appeared to be synonymous with appearance. However, he noticed that many individuals either lacked the sense of stylistic identity or simply lacked the time and/or interest to maintain and tend to their image and style.

 

Born with a keen sense of style & an innate knowledge of fashion; what was once his creative outlet and recreational project, motivated him to pursue his passions to become an image consultant and curator to professionals, executives & entrepreneurs. 

 

The interest from would-be clients in his impeccable dress sense would catalyse the birth of NDZU TAILORED - a bespoke luxury experience attracting celebrities and various headlining personalities both locally and abroad. Ndzutha fostered relationships with luxury hotels, restaurants and brands to complement the NDZU TAILORED experience. 

 

NDZU TAILORED developed into a multifaceted maker of high-end luxury bespoke garments and a design and lifestyle consulting company empowering individuals to feel strong and confident in their personal style.

 

Annual international travel schedules to the Rest of Africa & Europe enable Ndzutha & the team to consistently remain abreast of luxury fashion developments in order to incorporate style & inspiration to the NDZU TAILORED experience paying homage to their home country, South Africa.
